Sorry I have slightly abandoned the blog as of the last week or so...I'm a workin' fool. And when I'm not working I'm too busy gettin' spooky in preparation for Halloween!
We carved pumpkins the other night at Megan and Jim's. Their apartment is filled with spooky stuff and it was the perfect place for pumpkin carving!
I carved a double sided pumpkin! one side ghostie:
and one side the pumpkin version of Meg: (which doesn't look like Meg, obvi)
She loves Halloween more than anyone I have ever met.
And this was my attempt at walking home. Note the word "attempt". Hmmm...looking at this photo, I'm thinking "maybe that's how I threw out my shoulder again.."
Tomorrow I have the day off so I'm FINALLY updating the shop! It's long overdue and I have been stock piling fall and winter items.
Speaking of fall and winter items.. Isabel, Liz, and I made a trip to the Garfield Conservatory to scope out some pretty spots for a photo shoot we're planning. Isabel is a fab photographer and she's going to do a photo shoot for Tessaboo Vintage fall/winter 09. We snapped a few fun shots during our trip with my crappy digital camera:
The shots she'll take with this bad boy camera will be fab I'm sure:
Isn't she pretty? I'm trying to convince her to get in front of the camera in some vintage items and start modeling for my shop! I think I've nearly convinced her. ; )
This Friday I plan on making up for my skipped 10 under 20 this past friday, by posting a top 20 under 20. If anyone has any items they'd like me to post from their shops let me know!
Jayma Mays as Emma Pillsbury on the fabulous and wonderful "Glee"!
She is/her outfits are just cute as a button!
Want her wardrobe.
P.S. I'm sure you've all heard this a million times BUT for anyone who isn't watching "Glee"..you should be! Maybe it's the musical theatre major in me, but I experience about a hundred LOL's per episode..like belly achin' LOL's. Seriously.
